My name is, Craig Changfoot and I am the Manager, Maintenance and Operations for Simon Fraser University’s downtown campus in Vancouver, British Columbia. I oversee, 12 staff in a unionized and non-unionized environment; an annual multi-million dollar operational and capital budget; and a portfolio of 5 properties with over 400,000 square feet of campus space. I have 15 years of management experience in strata management, rental management and property development; in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
